Automatic AVIF images
Convert new JPEG, PNG and WebP uploads to AVIF when the hosting server supports it. Existing library images and external image links are not converted automatically.
BASE calculates tax and saves it on rental receipts. Monthly payment reconciliation, reseller accounts, referral QR codes, third-party booking widgets and structured Stripe item/VAT integration are included in GROW.

Payment and payout breakdowns
Separate sales from payments and payouts. Include provider fees, refunds and chargebacks where available, and flag unmatched records for review. Link pre-payments to final receipts to avoid counting the same sale twice.
Structured Stripe VAT
Send itemised rental lines, quantities and configured tax rates to Stripe Checkout, including VAT-inclusive prices. Support paid invoices and verify the recorded totals against the booking.
Sales channels and support
Review direct, reception and reseller sales separately. GROW also includes one hour of IT support per year, as shown in the plan.
How payments and reporting will work
Customer payments go directly to your rental business’s connected SumUp or Stripe account. Reseller commission is calculated in GROW; automatic reseller payouts are not included in the first release.
SumUp reconciliation combines its payment records with the plugin’s saved sales and tax records. It does not populate structured VAT fields in SumUp’s own reports. Stripe Checkout supports itemised prices, tax and paid invoices. Review your payment reconciliation and any exceptions before settling commissions.
