GROW synchronises availability, new bookings and cancellations between RentalPlugin and GetYourGuide, keeping your website, reception and GetYourGuide bookings coordinated.
A GetYourGuide supplier account and eligible listings are required. GetYourGuide’s own fees and approval requirements apply.
FLEXIBLE IT SUPPORT
Your included support allowance is a starting point, not a limit. You can book additional IT support whenever you need it at €35 per hour, excluding VAT.
View your support hours and manage your subscription at any time in your private customer area, where you can also book extra support hours.
BASE: IT support is available as a paid extra. GROW: 30 minutes included per year. PRO and TOTAL PLUS: 30 minutes included each month. Additional hours are optional and charged separately from your subscription.
PRO
Keep your existing website. With PRO, we set up a branded WordPress booking page at a subdomain such as book.yourbusiness.com and connect it to your website with a Book now link.
The one-time €200 setup fee includes the booking page, branding from your existing website, rental product and booking-rule setup, one payment provider, subdomain connection and booking tests.
Your PRO subscription includes the RentalPlugin licence, hosting and maintenance of this booking page. Your existing website stays with its current provider. A full website redesign is not included.
We use your existing website as the starting point. You confirm stock and booking rules, connect your payment account, add the DNS record if we do not manage your domain, and approve the page before launch.
INCLUDED IN BASE AND GROW
Both BASE and GROW include language packs for the booking form, back office, booking emails and receipts. Choose your default in Settings; customers can choose their booking language.
English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, German, Ukrainian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian (Bokmål), Danish, Romanian, Greek, Finnish and Czech.
All prices exclude VAT. Annual prices are billed once per year. Introductory prices apply only for the stated period. Monthly plans are billed each month. Applicable VAT, if any, is calculated at checkout from your billing country and VAT details.
