Effective date: 26 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern RentalPlugin subscriptions and related setup and website services supplied by RentalPlugin (NIE: Y5499131Y).
1. Provider and contact
Provider: RentalPlugin (NIE: Y5499131Y)
Registered address: Calle Alicant 13-3, 03501 Benidorm, Spain
Business/tax ID: Y5499131Y
Email: info@rentalplugin.com
2. Scope and business customers
RentalPlugin is offered primarily to businesses and self-employed professionals for business use. By ordering, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and are authorised to bind that business. You must provide accurate name, business, billing address, country, contact and tax identification details requested at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for determining your tax treatment. RentalPlugin may request corrections or supporting information where reasonably required for invoicing or tax compliance.
3. Orders and services
The plan, billing interval, price, setup scope and any service-specific terms shown at checkout or in a written quote form part of your order. An order is accepted when RentalPlugin confirms it or activates the service. Online descriptions are summaries; the checkout or accepted written quote controls where it states a specific scope or price.
We provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted software, email delivery, bookings, revenue or business results.
4. Subscription billing, renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly and renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Annual subscriptions are charged in advance for the year. You may cancel an annual subscription during the year to prevent the next renewal, but access continues until the end of the already-paid annual period.
Use the cancellation controls in your RentalPlugin account or the linked Stripe customer portal. Stopping or blocking a payment is not a reliable substitute for submitting a cancellation request. If a payment fails, access may be restricted while payment is overdue. RentalPlugin may allow a seven-day grace period after a failed renewal; if payment remains outstanding after that period, the licence may be disabled and the subscription handled under the payment provider’s retry and cancellation status.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, subscription charges and completed services are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Licence, updates and support
An active paid subscription provides the features, updates and support of your plan for the covered installation. Protect licence keys and account access. Third-party and open-source licences remain applicable; these terms do not restrict rights those licences grant.
After the paid subscription period ends, RentalPlugin may restrict subscription features and downloads. Security updates and subscription support are available only while the applicable subscription is active, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Plan-specific support hours, if included, unlock and expire according to the plan description and do not carry over beyond the subscription year unless stated otherwise.
For self-hosted sites, you maintain compatible hosting, secure access and usable backups. Test important changes and reconcile bookings and payments. For hosted services, we remain responsible for the hosting and maintenance we expressly agree to provide.
Additional IT support: if you need more time than your plan includes, you can book extra IT support at €35 per hour, excluding VAT. Extra support is optional and charged separately from your subscription. You can view your support hours, manage your subscription and book extra hours in your private customer area.
6. Complete Rental Website package
The Total Plus Complete Rental Website package has a special €999 one-time build fee, reduced from the standard €1,699 (a €700 saving), combined with a separate monthly hosting and care subscription. After launch, choose Grow at €24.99 per month or Pro at €49.99 per month. Both include hosting, updates and maintenance, as described on the package page or in your accepted quote. Prices exclude VAT; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on the billing details and applicable rules.
The stated package scope includes the agreed branded WordPress website, RentalPlugin setup, configuration of up to 20 rental items, payment-provider and booking-rule setup, contract configuration, domain connection and launch, hosting/server service, maintenance, support according to the selected plan (Grow: 30 minutes per subscription year; Pro: priority support and 30 minutes each month), a 99% uptime target measured by IONOS monitoring, and one consolidated reasonable revision round before launch. Any different scope in a written quote takes precedence.
Report faults promptly to info@rentalplugin.com. We will investigate faults in our work and reasonably attempt repair or a safe workaround. Material unresolved defects may justify termination and an appropriate refund for unusable prepaid service, without limiting mandatory rights.
Base, Grow and Pro may each be purchased without assisted setup. Optional assisted setup is available with any paid subscription for €200 once, only when explicitly selected. The customer completes the setup questionnaire before proceeding to secure checkout. Setup scope follows the chosen subscription, existing website and agreed requirements. Hosting and maintenance of that booking page are included during the active PRO subscription. A full website redesign is not included. Additional work requires your approval.
Backups, recovery, support and migration follow the expressly agreed service scope. We do not promise zero data loss or a guaranteed recovery time. Cancellation does not transfer ownership of your data to us or remove lawful data-return obligations.
7. Your website, content and legal compliance
You are solely responsible for the information, products, prices, claims, images, customer communications and other content published on your website, including your own terms and conditions, rental agreements, privacy and cookie notices, consumer information, cancellation rules and any other legal documents. RentalPlugin does not provide legal or tax advice and does not verify that your content or business practices comply with laws applicable to you. You must obtain appropriate professional advice and keep your content accurate and current.
Confirm stock, prices, booking rules, customer notices, safe handovers and payment status before releasing goods. You operate the rental business and manage reseller commissions; recording a payout does not transfer money.
You must give lawful data-processing instructions and appropriate notices. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a separate data-processing agreement must define the processing, security, providers, assistance and return or deletion. Our statutory duties remain applicable.
8. Third-party services and availability
Third-party providers control their own services and account decisions. We are not responsible for independent failures outside our responsibility, but remain responsible for our own applicable integration, configuration, maintenance and data-protection obligations.
Your rental payments are separate from your RentalPlugin subscription. You contract with Stripe or SumUp for rental payments and manage their fees, settlement, refunds and chargebacks. We do not hold your rental takings or guarantee settlement. Verify uncertain payments with the provider.
We aim for 99% monthly availability for the hosted website package, measured using IONOS uptime monitoring. This is a service target, not a guarantee or service-credit commitment. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, internet or DNS issues, third-party outages, customer actions, security incidents, force majeure and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate material incidents where practical.
9. Intellectual property and acceptable use
RentalPlugin and its software, designs, documentation and materials remain owned by RentalPlugin or its licensors. You retain rights to materials you provide and grant us permission to use them only as needed to provide the ordered services. You must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use it to send unsolicited messages or conduct fraud.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security threats, unlawful use, a material breach, or a third-party provider requirement. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured after written notice and a reasonable cure period, unless immediate action is reasonably needed for security or legal compliance. Ending a service does not remove payment obligations already incurred or rights that accrued before termination.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, bookings, savings, reputation, and lost or corrupted data. This does not remove our express service obligations or mandatory legal responsibilities.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims concerning the affected service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, negligent death or personal injury, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not restrict individuals’ statutory data-protection rights or regulatory powers.
12. Events outside our control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil disorder, labour disputes, government action, major infrastructure or internet failures, cyberattacks, or outages of essential third-party services. The affected party will take reasonable steps to limit the impact and resume performance.
Introductory subscription offers
New subscribers pay BASE €7.49/month for the first two months, then €14.99/month; GROW €12.49/month for the first two months, then €24.99/month; or PRO €39.99/month for the first two months, then €49.99/month. Monthly subscriptions are billed and renew each month until cancelled.
New annual subscribers pay BASE €99 for the first year, then €169.99/year; GROW €149 for the first year, then €269.99/year; or PRO €499 for the first year, then €549/year. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and renew annually until cancelled. These introductory offers remain available for new purchases until withdrawn. Existing checkout quotes are valid only for their displayed checkout period.
Assisted setup is optional with Base, Grow and Pro and is unchecked by default. If selected, it costs €200 once, is added to the first checkout payment only, and is not discounted. Without that selection, checkout charges only the chosen subscription and applicable VAT. Total Plus has a special €999 one-time website setup fee (standard €1,699) and a separate service subscription starting after launch: Grow €24.99/month or Pro €49.99/month; subscription introductory offers do not apply to Total Plus. Prices exclude VAT. Introductory offers apply to new subscribers only and cannot be combined. Existing subscribers keep their agreed billing terms. Stripe calculates applicable VAT at checkout after eligible discounts. The price and renewal information displayed in secure checkout form part of the purchase confirmation.
13. Changes to these terms
Material changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice. They do not retrospectively impose new restrictions or affect accrued claims. Existing payment periods remain as agreed. No 24-month commitment or ownership waiting period is introduced.
14. Applicable law and complaints
Contact info@rentalplugin.com about complaints. Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory rights and applicable jurisdiction rules. Business-use declarations do not remove consumer protection where it legally applies.
