Need more support? Extra hours are €35/hour.
Your included support allowance is a starting point, not a limit. You can book additional IT support whenever you need it at €35 per hour, excluding VAT.
View your support hours and manage your subscription at any time in your private customer area, where you can also book extra support hours.
BASE: IT support is available as a paid extra. GROW: 30 minutes included per year. PRO: 30 minutes included each month. TOTAL PLUS: support follows your chosen Grow or Pro plan. Additional hours are optional and charged separately from your subscription.
Ongoing support after launch
Hosting and care, without a complicated plugin stack.
Choose Grow at €24.99/month or Pro at €49.99/month after launch. Both include hosting/server, updates and maintenance. Grow includes 30 minutes of IT support per year; Pro adds priority support and 30 minutes each month. The uptime target is 99%, measured with IONOS uptime monitoring. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate.

What falls outside the fixed setup?
The one-time website setup covers the agreed page structure, branding, supplied content and booking configuration. Extra pages, custom features, unlimited redesigns and post-launch content changes are quoted separately and begin only after you approve the quote. You provide your logo, photos, business information, rental item details and approved legal documents. We can provide template examples, but legal drafting and advice are not included.

What happens when I choose “Start your website build”?
You complete the project form first, then continue to secure Stripe checkout for the setup price displayed above. Applicable VAT, if any, is calculated at checkout.
When does my Grow or Pro subscription start?
After your website launches. It is a separate subscription from the one-time website setup fee payment.
Do I need WooCommerce or extra booking plugins?
No. RentalPlugin provides your online rental booking and front-desk system as part of the setup.
Can I request more changes after launch?
Yes. Requests outside the included revision round are quoted separately, and we start after you approve the quote.
